2. Processing of Public URLs

When you enter a Twitter/X post URL into our downloader, the URL is submitted to our application to resolve media metadata from public endpoints. We only process publicly accessible posts. Once the stream is resolved and delivered to your device, the URL and corresponding media are not retained on our servers.

3. Local Browser Conversion

When you use the "Convert to GIF" feature, frame extraction and GIF encoding take place directly inside your web browser via standard HTML5 Canvas APIs. The animation frames are never uploaded to an external conversion server, keeping your operations fully localized on your device.

4. Server Logs & Rate Limiting

Like all standard web servers, our infrastructure may temporarily process IP addresses in memory solely for rate limiting (preventing abuse and automated scraping) and network defense. These records expire automatically within minutes and are never linked to personal identities.
